Hotel amenities and services include Ohana Welcome Breakfast, kukui lei departure ceremony, pool with poolside bar, covered parking, sundry and clothing shops, baby-sitting, complimentary children's program, full service salon, tour desk, laundry, and dry cleaning. The Aloha Value Special "AV" room types do not include breakfast. All other room types include a full American buffet breakfast served daily, for up to 2 occupants per room, throughout 2004. To add breakfast for additional persons sharing a room, a charge of $11.25 plus tax per child and $20.00 plus tax per adult (18 and older) will be collected at the property.
Please note that the hotel has a strict "smoke-free" policy concerning any guest rooms designated as "non-smoking". Smoking is banned in all areas of the non-smoking rooms including the balcony/lanai areas. Non-compliance will result in a cleaning fee of $150.
